Sin Hielo

Sin Hielo is a new musical project that starts with guitar giants Wayne Gerard & Sean Blackman, along with the accomplished artistry of Rick Beamon to round out the collective.  Based in Detroit, Sin Hielo has created a new sound fused with Latin, jazz, and rock.  Blackman is a powerful, acoustic nylon-string world music guitarist. Gerard is an electric guitarist jazz virtuoso and Rick Beamon is known as one of the best in the business for playing jaw-dropping percussion.  The Sin Hielo project quickly caught fire all around Detroit and beyond.  The band’s Spanish name represents both the new hot sound and the sexy clientele that has jumped on the band’s touring party vardo.  We invite you to come out and join the fun in July as Sin Hielo brings the party to the Detroit Public Library for Comerica Java & Jazz.
