Free Blood Pressure Screening and Workshop Provided by Disparities and Cardiac

Health Program (an MPRO & CMS Initiative) This program is intended to educate

participants on hypertension, the risks associated with developing it, ways to manage

it, and lifestyle changes that can decrease high blood pressure and risk factors.
