Attention Music Aficionados: Detroit
summers are memorable for lots of wonderful outdoor concerts
with beautiful music of all genres. As the seasons change,
we invite you to come inside and enjoy some great music
with us at the Skillman Library’s Noontime Concerts.
Breakaway from that ordinary lunchtime routine and join
us every third Wednesday of the month from October through
April.
Concerts start promptly at Noon

Concert series.

One who is dedicated to the preservation of art
and creative improvisation, Green brings the avant garde
to the Noontime Concert stage. A founding member and artistic
director for the Musicolor Composers Collective and Orchestra,
Green has toured all over the world with such creative
musical giants as: Roscoe Mitchell, James Carter, Allan
Barnes, Leroy Jenkins and many others.
